Carrots: Carrots are considered one of the oldest vegetables known to man who pursued eating it for all its great health benefits. It is worth nothing that the Greek and the Romans were the first to tell about the benefits of carrots which was in their writings since about 230 BC. Carrots are considered one of the main means of beauty for it is the richest plant in vitamin A. Vitamin A is necessary for the health and safety of  the skin and for that reason it is included in a variety of formulations of natural skin care products. Beauty experts also say that drinking carrot juice regularly has a clear impact   as an antidote for spots and blemishes of the skin and works to improve skin color and clearness.  Carrot benefits are not limited to the skin only; it is a healthy food for hair and eyes for their need to vitamin A.

Cucumbers: cucumbers are one of the cheap vegetable available to us and have many health and beatifying benefits. Cucumbers have a clear impact as an astringent to wide skin pores, for this reason it is included in many of the skin masks. It is in particular well suited to women with sensitive skin. Cucumbers have a clear effect on whitening the skin and getting rid of dark spots under the eyes and the spots and impurities that may affect that face. Moreover, cucumber juice is used in the summer time for the treatment of sunburns and skin moisturizing. 

Lettuce:  Lettuce has a great historical fame, it was praised by the ancient Egyptians for its benefits as a food for sexual performance and for this reason they called it “Fertility plant”. Lettuce is included in the preparation of many cosmetic products as it has a moisturizing effect on the skin and so it helps in creating an isolating layer to protect the skin form the hear of the sun and the effects of the wind. In addition, it is rich in various vitamins and has cleansing properties thus it is included in the preparation of many skin and face cleansers.

Potatoes: Using Potato slices on the eyes has an effect on the swellings that appear under them. Potatoes are considered on of the best cleaners and moisturizers for sensitive skin; spreading potato juice or laying potato slices on the skin it has an effect on the treatment of skin irritations and sunburns.

Strawberries:  Strawberries are used to treat women’s sun burns whether on the face or shoulders. It is recommended to use strawberry juice on the skin to moisturize and treat skin burns and abrasion. Furthermore, for those who have yellow teeth, they are recommended to drink strawberry juice regularly for it has whitening and beatifying effects on teeth. Strawberries are included in the preparations of many masks since it has a cleansing and nutritional effects on the skin and effects on skin pores which benefit those with oily skin.  

Tomatoes: Tomatoes were know in the past as the “Love apple” and were known in Europe as a healthy food since the 16th century and were spread first in Italy. For those of you who notice widening in skin pores, tomato slices or juice can be used to treat the widening. Tomatoes are unique in being suitable for  both very oily and very dry skin types  and so is used in several skin masks.

Parsley:  soaked Parsley juice has many benefits. It is used as a cleanser to rinse darks hair and as an antidote to dandruff. It is also used to cleanse oily skin and acne as it cleanses the pores of the skin from the oils and impurities. It is considered as one of the best mouth washes to get rid of repulsive odors of some foods (such as garlic).

Mint: Mint was known for the first time among the ancients Egyptians and was used by the Greeks and the Romans. Min oil was use on the skin and was added to water baths. It is also used as a perfume smell. Mint has many health and beauty benefits, it is soaked and used as soothing syrup for colon disorders. This cold soak is also used as a skin cleanser and moisturizer and has an effect on spots and acne. Mint is used in baths as a refreshing and beautifying item and mint oils on of the essentials oils used in manufacturing soap and perfumes.

Lemon:  Lemon juice has several uses. It is used as a treatment for wide skin pores especially to those with oily skin (where oils and impurities akin to the skin mostly). A layer of lemon juice is used on the face and cleansed with warm water after drying. Lemon juice is also used as an antidote to freckles and skin spots and used to remove yellowish teeth.

Hibiscus:  Hibiscus has a strong effect as a disinfectant for the skin and thus is used as a treatment for ulcers or infections. It is also used in the production of some hair dyes. 

Apricot: Apricots are one of the richest fruits sin vitamin A which makes it one of the best foods for healthy skin, hair and eyes. It also has an effect on wrinkles and contractions of the skin and thus is used in many masks. Apricot juice is used on the hands to smoothness and vitality.

Apples: Apples are one of the oldest means of beauty used on the skin for many bacteria cannot survive in the presence of apple juice. For this reason it is used in making skin cleansers and hair products as well as masks. Apple vinegar also has many health and beauty benefits.

Oranges:  Oranges are used in many cosmetics products especially shampoo, masks and hand lotions. The simplest way to benefit from oranges is to scrub orange peel on the hands since the juice in the orange peel works on moisturizing and lubricating the skin and removing roughness and cracks.
